Since entering the property industry in 2000, Katie has been involved in many aspects of the industry over the years and has accumulated a varied knowledge which can sometimes come in handy! Katie specialises in sales but is also heavily involved in the lettings department and in her role as Manager she is involved in all aspects of the business. With a warm personality and a level head Katie believes that looking after our clients is the most important thing – repeat custom and referrals make her feel immensely proud.
Specialising in property sales, Jen is involved in all parts of the sale process from detailed property appraisals for marketing (valuation), to sales negotiation and sales progression – if you are looking to sell your home you are more than likely to be in contact with Jen somewhere along your journey. Jen has many years’ experience in the property industry, and her honest, knowledgeable and friendly approach is something that our clients greatly appreciate – and our testimonials reflect this time and time again.
Lynsey set out, all fresh faced, in lettings back in 1993. Many years on Lynsey has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the lettings business which we benefit from every day. Almost unflappable and rarely surprised by a situation Lynsey has genuine rapport with her Landlords who know that she will protect their interests and provide honest and sensible guidance throughout. Lynsey deals with all aspects of lettings, from appraisals and rent reviews, to tenancy agreements, maintenance management, and maintaining legal compliance.
Sales & Lettings
Lucy joined us in 2017 as our apprentice, and we are enormously proud of all that she has achieved so far and excited to see what the future holds. Always keen to learn, Lucy is currently studying for her Level 3 in Lettings and Property Management. Lucy is involved in both sales and lettings, offering invaluable support to both her teammates and our customers. Lucy is funny and friendly and will always try her very best to help and support others.
Jay is the newest member of our team and has joined to offer support to our busy lettings department. Having completed his apprenticeship within another letting agent, Jay is keen to further develop his skills and expand his knowledge. Jay’s main role is to deal with the application process on rental properties, liaising with potential tenants and landlords to find the most suitable match, carrying out referencing and feeding back results, arranging move ins and inventories. Conscientious and hard-working Jay has already proved to be a real asset and has settled in well with the team.
Karen is our lovely accounts lady dealing predominantly with rents and payments for our busy lettings department. Aside from her work with Foden Property, Karen is also involved in Estates Management with MTR Services. Bunkered down in the corner of the office Karen does her best to keep out of the office shenanigans but can often be found having a little giggle to herself!
