This recognition means so much to us because it’s based entirely on reviews from our wonderful clients. The ESTAS – the UK’s biggest awards in the residential property industry – are powered by feedback submitted by buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants through their verified review platform. It’s an honour that reflects the real experiences of people who’ve moved with us, and we’re so grateful to each and every one of you who took the time to share your thoughts.
Over a 12-month period, ESTAS monitors reviews to ensure that agents are consistently delivering excellent service – and we’re delighted to have come out on top for our area. As Simon Brown, founder of ESTAS, says:

Being named Best in Postcode also means we’ve been shortlisted for a potential county, regional or even national award, which will be announced in October at the ESTAS Awards ceremony – hosted by the UK’s favourite property expert, Phil Spencer.
